    • Discovering the inner critic that can come up when we step into this daily practice.

    • What is the monkey mind and how can we leverage a good relationship with it?

    • Listening to the inner critic to capture its wisdom, love, compassion, and awareness.

    • Connecting back to the present moment and diving deep into the self.

    • Connection and growth in relationships grounded in the present moment.
